Want to feel welcome or at home & also be around warm smiles & love, this is your place. They are so nice. They make sure they get u in & out. Very affordable prices with insurance & so helpful. Jacob, Safire, & the other receptionist are soooo loving. The dentist is so good at his job it only takes him a few minutes & he will have u feeling delightful all over again. Definitely 5 stars from me. No judgement zone at all & I just feel so comfortable in a place of business. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. Hurry & book your appointments I promise u won’t regret it.
I went in with extreme anxiety from previous dentist visits with other dentist. The front office staff as well as the hygienist and the dentist all made me feel at ease. They explained things in a way that I could understand and I knew I made the right choice choosing them.
Easy access to find. They have very accessible parking lot structure. The Dental front staff is nice and show gratitude to your care and needs. The decor is very contour and smooth black ,white and grey. Very Clean and Classic!! Arrival time was 8:53am for appointment time 9:00am. Waited for about 11 minutes So far so good. Wait for Part 2 of the final review with the Dentist and how it went. PART 2 Once I got in my x-rays were done by a beautiful queen name SAPPHIRE she was very attentive, very gentle with the x-rays, knowing that I was in pain first time where it actually felt welcoming, and I’ve never laughed as hard as I did, and cried at the same time due to me being in pain. WHEN THE DOCTOR DID COME IN DOCTOR ADAMS R, he explained what my treatment plan was going to be and as much as I didn’t get what I wanted done I’m very happy that he persuaded a more safer plan to go about my visit just so that we knew together that doing things right the first time is better than doing things the wrong way and a procedure going south so it was very appreciative about that. I’ll see you in two weeks for my procedure, we need doctors that are like that. And then also last, but not least the gentleman at the front his name is Jacob. He went over my treatment plan with me, told me what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for he knew knowledge, and he was very understanding the information this is one of the best dental offices recommended. And for those who have Medicaid or Dente quest, they do except always make sure that you contact the office first and provide your information so that they can accurately plan and process what you need done.
