After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chung’s dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.
Great service and fair price. Everyone there is super sweet. Wait times are long and the waiting room chairs are like sitting on rocks. Very painful
Went in for cleaning after NOT being at a dentist office in two years. Got full set of x-rays, doctor visit and exam followed by a deep root cleaning. Numbing cream and numbing injections made deep root cleaning as pain free as possible. DrChung did the cleaning herself which is the first time a doctor did the actual cleaning herself instead of a hygienist. DrChung is the best, always asking if I were ok and went into detail about everything. She also answered ALL of my questions.
I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years bc of my past experience with other dentists and I have been terrified since, today I was forced to go due to a pain I had, my mom referred me to this place…..AN MY MOMMA WAS RIGHT….THIS DOCTOR WAS AMAZING!! She was gentle, caring and the best of all, SHE TOOK HER TIME!! The staff made me feel confortable and the doctor made sure that I was ok by constantly asking me during my procedure if I was ok! DR. CHONG YOU ROCK!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
I had the “ideal” experience at Northeast Dallas. The team greeted me with warm smiles. I needed a crown and they were able to get it done that day. Liz, chairside assistant, did an excellent job being attentive and ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. The doctor was exceptional. I felt safe and in the best hands. Highly recommend!!
