Dr. Breaud was born in New Orleans, that’s the reason Texans have a hard time pronouncing his last name (Bro). He moved to Lubbock, Tx when he was 3 weeks old, so he can’t claim to be a Texan but he got here as soon as he could. After growing up in Lubbock, he decided to see the world, so went to the University of Texas in Austin and then on to Dallas where he attended Baylor College of Dentistry and specialize in Orthodontics.
After school, he joined his father’s orthodontic practice back in Lubbock. Shortly after moving back to Lubbock he met and married the love of his life, Diane, and her 2 sons. He has 2 grandsons that he is so proud of. Dr.Breaud decided to move back to Dallas to be closer to his oldest son, Rob, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks.
He loves orthodontics and getting to know all of his patients and their families. Being in someone’s life for a couple of years, lets him really get to know them and be an intricate part of their lives. He has years of experience with braces and Invisalign, so you can be confident that he can improve your bite and smile.
Dr. Tasnim Abutabikh, DDS (known as Dr. Abu) is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. She earned her dental degree from Al-Azhar University in 2018 before relocating to the United States to continue her professional journey. Driven by a commitment to excellence in dentistry, she went on to complete the Advanced Standing two-year Doctor of Dental Medicine program at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2022.
Dr. Abu is known for her thoughtful and personalized approach to care. She is highly skilled in diagnosing dental conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and helping patients understand their oral health needs in a clear and supportive way. Her goal is to create a comfortable, trusting environment where patients feel confident in their care and empowered to maintain healthy smiles.
Outside of the office, Dr. Abu enjoys staying active at the gym and unwinding in the evenings by reading or watching TV with her two cats. On weekends, she loves spending time with her family and exploring the Dallas area—and is always happy to hear local recommendations from patients.
