Dr. Breaud was born in New Orleans, that’s the reason Texans have a hard time pronouncing his last name (Bro). He moved to Lubbock, Tx when he was 3 weeks old, so he can’t claim to be a Texan but he got here as soon as he could. After growing up in Lubbock, he decided to see the world, so went to the University of Texas in Austin and then on to Dallas where he attended Baylor College of Dentistry and specialize in Orthodontics.

After school, he joined his father’s orthodontic practice back in Lubbock. Shortly after moving back to Lubbock he met and married the love of his life, Diane, and her 2 sons. He has 2 grandsons that he is so proud of. Dr.Breaud decided to move back to Dallas to be closer to his oldest son, Rob, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks.

He loves orthodontics and getting to know all of his patients and their families. Being in someone’s life for a couple of years, lets him really get to know them and be an intricate part of their lives. He has years of experience with braces and Invisalign, so you can be confident that he can improve your bite and smile.

For over a decade, Dr. Garrett Nelson has been practicing oral surgery in the DFW area. Dentistry is in his family as he is a fourth-generation dentist. Dr. Nelson’s brother is an orthodontist in the Houston area and his father continues to practice dentistry at 72 years of age. Dr. Nelson is committed to the delivery of the best oral surgery treatment and experience possible.Dr. Nelson’s clinical experience includes implant dentistry where he utilizes the very latest technology in planning and delivering the very best in clinical care.Dr. Nelson studied dentistry at UCLA and studied medicine at Texas Tech. He is a native of Los Angeles but came to Texas to settle down as his new home. He completed his Oral Surgery training at Baylor in Dallas and continues to serve the oral surgery program as an Associate Clinical Professor for over ten years. Many of the current dentists throughout Dallas were once his students.Dr. Nelson has four children and lives in Frisco where he enjoys golf, travel, snow skiing and serving his church and community. His newest hobby is running several half marathons a year with his wife, Rachel.
