Dr. Bawani Vishnu is an accomplished dentist with a notable career spanning over 25 years. Dr. Vishnu graduated from Boston University School of Dentistry, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. In 2008, she established her solo practice, Vishnu Dental PC, in Montgomery, Alabama. Her practice was highly successful, ranking among the top 3 dental practices in the region for three consecutive years.
Dr. Vishnu鈥檚 core values guide everything she does: compassionate, patient-centered care; the highest professional standards; ethical practice; and respectful, attentive service. Her mission is simple: to help every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile with care they can trust.
Dr. Vishnu served in the Alabama Air National Guard for over 17 years, achieving the rank of Major and serving as the Chief of Dental Services. Her dedication to dental care for service members earned her the Outstanding Service Award from the Department of Air Force in 2003 and 2009. She was also a recipient of the Air Force Achievement Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Vishnu is an accomplished pianist, holding a teaching certification from the London School of Music. She enjoys gardening in her leisure time and has a passion for traveling to exotic destinations.
